In this type of location you should swap the machine out for a dual casette. Load it with 5’s and 20’s. In those tough areas you’ll be shocked how many people will pay the fee to take out 5-10$.

The processor is requesting more proof other than the receipts. This does occasionally happen. They are asking you to manually balance the ATM and confirm it is not over. Usually happens when the customer continues to dispute a reg-e after providing the receipts.
